  • Warranty and Returns Terms


    Warranty

      1. All furniture has a 6-month warranty.
      2. Covers damage due to factory defects.
      3. Must show original invoice for any claim.

    Warranty DOES NOT COVER

      1. Damage caused by improper use and poor installation by the customer.
      2. Damage caused by external elements (moisture, fire, oxidation, dirt, mold, etc.)
      3. Fabrics, varnish, glass, paints, gold, plastics, chrome, accessories, moldings, electrical parts, and AUCTION ITEMS.
      4. Deterioration of the merchandise due to daily use is not covered by the warranty.
      5. Pictures, decorations, pillows, cushions, sheets, rugs, lamps do not have a guarantee.

    Merchandise returns

      1. There are no returns on mattresses, pillows, towels, robes, sheets, rugs, paintings, decorations, or bed covers.
      2. The customer must present the original invoice to proceed with any return or credit note.

    Immediate delivery

    Reserve merchandise

      1. The merchandise is paid with 30% of its cost.

      3. 15% of the payment will be charged if the customer abandons the purchase and wants to withdraw their payment.
